Does the other person need an app?
No. Your profile opens in their phone's browser and they can save your contact in one tap.
What's the difference between PVC and metal?
Premium PVC is printed in full colour, front and back, with your logo and design. Premium metal has your name, position and QR code printed on black, gold, rose gold or silver metal, with the weight people notice. Both have the NFC chip and a QR code.
Which phones work with tap?
iPhone XR and every newer iPhone, and almost all Android phones with NFC switched on. Phones without NFC can scan the QR code on the back of the card.
Can I update my details later?
Yes. Edit your Rizely profile any time. The card never needs reprinting.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2–3 working days of your design approval. Delivery across India usually takes another 2–5 days.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, with every order.
Can you make cards for my whole team?
Yes. Packs of 3 and 5 are discounted on the product page. For larger teams, message us and we'll share team pricing.
