About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Rizely. By placing an order you accept them.

Products

We sell NFC smart cards, printed visiting cards and related accessories. Every Rizely card includes a digital Rizely profile at no extra cost and with no subscription.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already paid for. A GST invoice is issued with every order.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full where the item is unavailable, the pricing was clearly wrong, or we cannot verify the delivery details.

Artwork and content you supply

You are responsible for the name, logo, images and links you ask us to print or publish. By supplying them you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline to print artwork that appears unlawful, infringing or offensive.

Your Rizely profile

Your profile is yours to edit at any time. Please do not use it to publish unlawful content or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend a profile that is used this way.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as business opportunities you feel were missed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
